If registered users are interested in participating in our online webinar trading/training rooms, they must fill out a detailed questionnaire as per the National Futures Association's (NFA) Compliance Rule 2-30. This questionnaire asks questions that help Save Dollar Enterprises, Inc. evaluate the customer and their situation and helps determine if such customer meets the requirements to participate in such online webinar trading/training rooms. In the chance that such customer does not meet the requirements to participate in the online webinar trading/training rooms, Save Dollar Enterprises, Inc. will keep the questionnaire filled out by the customer on record as per NFA Rules.

We collect publicly available information and nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

--Information we receive from you on applications and/or forms;
--Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others;
--Information from financial service providers, such as securities broker-dealers, Futures Commission Merchants [FCMs], Introducing Brokers [IBs], Commodity Trading Advisors [CTAs], and/or Commodity Pool Operators [CPOs];
--Information from non-financial companies, such as retailers, direct marketers and publishers;
--Information collected from city-tours, seminars, FCM promotions, online webinars, various trainings, joint promotion with various vendors/FCMs/speakers, emails, user groups, local chapters, associates, trade shows, public forums, referrals, business partners; and
--Information from other non-affiliated parties as permitted by law.

How We Keep Nonpublic Personal Information Private
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products, services to you as well as membership access to the website (myfxta.com). We maintain security practices and procedures that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information
